Baseball Hot Stove Talk

My good buddy, McBlog! blogs on a relatively minor recent trade between the Minnesota Twins and the Tampa Bay Rays. (Did they really drop the Devil?)

This is why baseball is so much fun and why baseball is still one of the top two sports in America today- even the minutia like this is just so much darn fun. Minutia in football can be just as fun, but in football you don't always have the numbers that you have in baseball- baseball always has numbers. And with so many individual players involved in a baseball teams season, who knows- as McBlog! says maybe these moves will be a big deal.

Oh, and my Mets made a trade as well- A Lasting Mistake. I really wish I could tell you what the hell the Mets were doing. It seems as though both New York baseball teams are a bit clueless. But who knows, maybe it will work out for the best. After all, maybe after years of clueless and questionable moves they'll wind up with Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen and .... oh wait, wrong sport.
